As we are in transition to the current Phase Two Diocesan Gathering Protocols, the parish office will review and consider all church related requests and the nature of the event to determine booking priority. We may also take other factors into consideration as to how requests will comply and if the parish has enough staff resources for any oversight to ensure compliance. Use this form to request space in the Parish Hall, Church or grounds. All repeated monthly meetings once approved (e.g. Scouts, Ladies, Knights, etc) are automatically placed on the calendar and do not need a form completed each month.
Please be aware we have a very busy campus and fill facility booking requests for church related events only. Click HERE to view the full church facility booking policy. Please note, when parish needs arise such as funerals, etc. reserved space may need to be canceled. You will be notified as soon as possible should this occur.
RENTAL OF PARISH FACILITIES
Parish facilities and equipment are only to be used for official parish ministries and functions. They may not be rented or borrowed for other uses. Rentals for birthday parties, baby showers, family reunions, graduation parties, sports banquets, and such non-church-related events are not allowed.
Only space approved by the Parish Office will be added to the Parish Calendar and the group will receive a confirmation email. Please do not publicize your events prior to receiving parish approval. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your request. Thank you!
