If your event will be accepting donations or collecting fees please read the procedures on our tamper evident bag check out process below. They must be picked up prior to your event. The Parish office staff will notify you when the tamper evident bags are prepared for pick up. This requirement is applicable to St. Stephen's ministries and groups only, for example a visiting Parish who wants to sell raffle tickets on a weekend to support their church are not required to follow St. Stephen's internal procedures and best practices for handling money.
