Extraordinary Minister      of Holy Communion

St. Stephen’s is looking for a few special souls who would like to serve the parish as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion (EM).

Are you a fully initiated Catholic; in good standing; a registered member of the Parish and at least 16 years old?   Do you have a deep love for the Eucharist?

If you answered “Yes” to all of these questions, please consider joining this very special ministry.

You will need to complete and submit an Application Form. Applications can be picked up at the Parish Office or in the church foyer. You can download a form with the link below, and review the qualifications to serve as an EMOHC. You can also fill out the form online – see below.

There will be a mandatory training session for all new and returning EMs at a later date. Watch the Bulletin for updates.

  If you are interested in becoming an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, please complete this application in full. If husband and wife both wish to serve, please complete a separate form for each spouse.
  
  Qualifications for serving as an EM can be obtained at the Parish Office.
  
  All applicants will be required to complete a training program prior to being approved by the Bishop and commissioned by Fr. Bala.
